United States v. Curtiss Company : draft for the appeal brief : and other memos / by Alexander N. Sack. 1941-1946.

Set of original carbon briefs and opinions issued in the case between the U.S. government, acting on behalf of the Soviet Union, in a suit against Curtiss-Wright Co. It was claimed that Curtiss failed to deliver military aircraft to the Soviet Union at the end of World War I, per contracts made with the Russian government between 1914 and 1915. When diplomatic relations were severed after the Russian Revolution, the matter was dropped. With the reinstatement of diplomatic relations during World War II, the suit was reopened. Professor Alexander N. Sack represented the U.S. (and the Soviet Union) in the case, and this set of briefs is his own copy, with his notes and emendations. The briefs follow from 1941 to 1946.
